About Angela Ardolino

Angela owns and operates Fire Flake Farm, a rescue animal sanctuary farm, and two locations of her natural pet salon and shop Beautify the Beast. About Jennifer Carter

Jennifer Carter of Volhard Dog NutritionJennifer Carter is Volhard Dog Nutrition’s Canine Nutritionist and also Vice President of Operations. In this position, Jennifer is charged with providing nutritional consultations, developing and formulating new diets, treats, and supplements, creating partnerships, and delivering educational nutrition-related programming across the country. She was recently honored to be able to present at the International Association of Canine Professionals (IACP) on Canine Nutrition and Behavior.

Jennifer is a Ph.D. Candidate at Virginia Tech in Science and Technology Studies (STS) (ABD), a Certified Canine Nutritionist -CERT-CN  through Companion Animal Sciences Institute, a Certified Pet Nutrition Coach through North American Veterinary Community (NAVC), a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through Project Management Institute (PMI and Raw Feeding Specialist. She holds a Master of Science from Virginia Tech -STS, a Master of Science from the University of New Haven – National Security and Public Safety, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia in Biological Science and Animal Science. 

Most of all, Jennifer enjoys training and teaching using the Volhard Motivational Method and competing with her dog in the ring in obedience, rally, and agility. She also actively competes in scent work trials for NACSW and AKC and runs in Canicross races with her dog Luce.
