About Dr. Lauren Beaird

what vets aren't taught, dr lauren beaird, what veterinarians aren't taught in schoolDr. Lauren never considered any other career but becoming a veterinarian. After graduating from veterinary school in 2015, her eyes became opened to how much she still did not know about True healing and the beauty of integrating her knowledge of conventional medicine with the world of holistic medicine.

Her path in veterinary medicine continues to adjust as a result of each experience she has, creating a better alignment between what has always been in her heart, and what she is practicing. She believes that True health does not start in the veterinary clinic- it starts at home. Using a natural approach tailored to each pet, she let go of strict protocols, and listened to what the pet parents were observing at home. Understanding the home environment and lifestyle routine was essential to integrate with what the pet was showing her in the clinic to create a healing plan.

Developing a trusting relationship with pet parents to help empower them to understand the healing process is the foundation of each relationship she builds. She is committed to being a lifelong student, knowing there will always be more to learn, and is humbled by all of the experienced natural practitioners who have paved this incredible path before her.

Dr. Beaird practices acupuncture and Chinese Medicine at Vitality Chiropractic in Aurora and will be launching her own online platform, The NaturalPath Vet in the middle of 2023. Dr. Beaird resides in the Chicagoland area with her husband, young son, and is expecting her second son in April 2023.
